STORE CREDIT ONLY: Please be aware that all items are non-refundable and will only be eligible for store credit.
Return Policy:
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines outlined in our return policy:
1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached.
3. Hygiene: Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
4. Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item(s).
5. Shipping Costs: We do not provide pre-paid return labels, so you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2 business days of delivery by contacting us via email at (email).
7. Return Drop-offs: Please note that we do not accept return drop-offs at our Distribution Center or corporate office. All returns must be shipped back to us.
8. Lost or Stolen Return Packages: Renashi is not liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen during transit. It is important to retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your returns.

Additional Notes: When returning items by mail, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs upfront. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, the return package may take several days or weeks to reach us. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return package. Please keep in mind that without proof of receipt and delivery, Renashi will be unable to process a refund for your return.
